How soon will the order be delivered?
In Norway standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You should have received a tracking number on both SMS and email, please contact us if you haven’t received it within 24h after placing the order.
Where is the order sent from?
The order is sent from our warehouse in Froland, Norway.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping cost is €4.90.
What payment solutions do you have?
If you are located in Norway you can choose between paying by debit card, credit card or Vipps. If you are located elsewhere, you can pay by debit or credit card.
What happens if I have a change of mind?
You can return the products according to the Right of Withdrawal. You have to give notice that you will use the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order, and return the products within 14 days after giving us notice.
- The products needs to be in the original packaging (in same condition as you received it)
- You will have your refund within 2-14 business days after we have received the returned product(s)
