Dimension and file type
The video must be in story dimension (9:16) and in the file type .mov or .mp4

Lighting and setting
To make the video look its best, you should film in flattering light. Make sure to have a neutral background without distracting elements.

Video quality
Avoid using apps other than the camera app on your mobile phone to record the video, as these often degrade the video quality.

No music
Make the video without music as we need to ensure that music rights are maintained.
